we had many laughs over breakfast and im sure if you knew Jason and his sense of humour then the following will hopefully be an added insight to how he was.

We had just ordered the biggest breakfast on the menu with extra toast and bread & butter, the waitress brought the food over and commented “you will never be able to eat all that” Jason took one look at me and as serious as he could be, said to the waitress “don’t worry i will get through this and they will just have to make me a bigger coffin” the waitress looked shocked and then just smiled at us, if only she knew how ill he was and yet he could make a joke at the fact that he knew his time on earth was limited. I know that Jason will now be taking a seat at the biggest breakfast table in heaven and still joking that he will polish off his plate. RIP my brekkie friend 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
